As soon as you pay for your order, you will receive an email receipt. Please add orders@crossgear.us to your address book to make sure these emails don’t go to your spam mailbox. We do our very best to get your order out the same or next business day. Once your order has a tracking number, you will receive another email with a link to track your order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! But if you’re not, we’re here to help. Please visit our RETURN PORTAL and enter in your email address and order number to generate a return label for your return –  NOTE: please use the email address you used when purchasing so that we can properly pull up your order info. If you are having trouble, send us an email and we will send you a return label and arrange for your refund. If the problem with the merchandise was our fault, we will cover the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible to pay for the return cost. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide refunds if your order was placed more than 30 days prior. That being said, we stand by our products and will do whatever we can to help make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
