Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at sales@crossgear.us to initiate a return. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
